I don't know
Today, I'm here to remind you that you know more than you think!
We use the phrase 'I don't know' all the time...
I don't know what I want out of my life. I don't know what I want out of my relationship. I don't know what career I want. I don't know what I want to have for dinner this evening.
So when I ask clients what they want to get out of a session I'm often greeted with 'I don't know'. The more we say it, the more we believe it to be true and the more we can be left feeling lost and without direction or clarity.
Now I'm not saying that you need to have your whole future mapped out, and life will certainly throw you some unexpected curve balls, but what I am suggesting is that you should trust your gut more.
How can you do this I hear you ask? Take some time where is quiet to take a few deep breaths, clear your mind and start to listen for answers. This make take a while (especially if you have ignored your gut for years) but it will come.
As I said earlier, you know more than you think. You have knowledge gathered up from your whole life!
What questions do you tell yourself you don't know the answers to?
