Hello lovely people, is it too late to say Happy New Year? I do hope it has been a good one so far!
I was reflecting on why I started this blog - the purpose is for you to be reminded of how special, unique and loved you are and realise the amazing gifts you have to offer the world. Today I'm going to tell you why that last part is so important
When a year ends and another begins, it's tradition to come up with new years resolutions. While this is great and can help us to set goals and push ourselves forward, it can also cause us focus on what we are not currently achieving or the ways we are falling short of who we want to be.
So, I'd love you to reflect on the things you did achieve last year...
I want you to look back and see how far you have come.
We all have gifts, and when you focus on them and do what you do best then that's when you can really shine.
